This is just my personal interpretation of what is going on based on quite a bit of research into acting characters within the Trump administration. There are very certainly competing ideas that circulate and we can only guess who is how influential regarding actual policy decisions. There are still so many checks and balances left and no matter what happens it will always be about adapting personally to new circumstances to make the best out of what ever happens. I do feel like the fight and debate for the US and Western type of democracy is just beginning.
Different perspectives help make sense of things. My overriding concerns are that the current administration has been busy and effective in the background dismantling checks and balances, compromising individuals to leverage power to The Traitor’s advantage, and give The Traitor unlimited power to gleefully chase evil goals.
This gives Trump and his cronies way way too much credit. I seriously doubt Trump has ever read a professional article on anything economic or historical and am absolutely sure he's never read a book about anything except maybe Hitlers manifesto. So that leaves his cronies. What are they telling him and is his policy based on whomever has his attention at the time. So even if there are historical economic parallels I'm sure they are, to anyone in Trumps orbit, beside the point. Your information was exceptional and I learned a lot. Thanks.
Ugh. Terribly awfully bad. Not looking forward to this next chapter. Thank you for doing the work and laying it out so clearly.
